We accept most health insurance plans. When scheduling, please inform us of your current insurance carrier. Advise us of any changes in your insurance, and present any new documentation of these changes prior to seeing your doctor. Any denied or non-covered services will be the responsibility of the patient. During your initial office visit, please be prepared to present your insurance card and pictured id.
Co-payments are determined by your insurance carrier and will be collected during your office visit.. Any differences remaining after your claim has been processed will be billed to you for payment.
Primary Care Partners of Hawaii, in our effort to improve scheduling opportunities, and to encourage patients to call and cancel their appointments, find it necessary to charge a $25 plus tax "no show" fee for missed appointments. Ideally we prefer at least 24 hour notification if the appointment cannot be made, however we are aware that circumstances can arise at any time.
